Use this form to notify the branch that you are resigning your membership of Scouts ACT

If you do not wish to resign your membership, please use the Adult Transfer Form or Resignation from Secondary Appointment Form instead.

Use this form if you are a Group Leader who wishes to have one of their members resigned from Scouts ACT

Once submitted by you, this form will be reviewed by your Team Leader/Group Leader and reviewed by the Appointments Committee. Your resignation will be considered to take effect from the day you submit this form, but it may take upto four weeks for Scouts ACT formal membership records to reflect your resignation.
